In the Let Down To section of the form, click the drop-down arrow in

the Unit of Measure field, and select the UOM to which the item is

Let down in the drop-down list that appears. The UOM conversion

ratio, as defined for this item in the Item Data form, is displayed in the

UOM Conversion field.

5. Click in the Qty to Let Down field and enter the quantity to be let

down. —Or—

Click the Select All button (as shown in the example below) to convert

all the item’s quantity to the lower UOM. The Total Let Down field

displays the total number of items that are being let down.

6. Click the Do It button to process entries.

(If you want to cancel this let down process, click the Cancel button. A

message box appears asking you if you want to cancel changes; to can-

cel the changes and close the form, click Yes.)
