Select the <F2> key to display the item's next UOM.

Select the <F1> key to return to any previously displayed UOM.

When the UOM is selected, press the <Ta b> key to advance to the Qty

field.

Enter the item quantity and press the <Enter> key to continue.

If the item requires a serial number, you are required to enter a unique

serial number for this item. (This screen will appear for each item that

is being received.)

A unique serial number entry is required for each item entered into the

quantity field. (The current serial number entry as related to item

quantity is numbered next to the serial number prompt at the top of the

screen.)

Enter the item serial number in the Serial number field.

If applicable, enter the item lot in the Lot field.

If applicable, enter the item expiration date in the Expires field.

4. After items have been received for the order, the following screen

appears:

Enter the receiving location in the Location field.
