When you are ready to continue, click <Enter>. Enter the Item ID that

you are recording in the Item ID field.

4. Press <Enter> to continue. The Item ID screen appears again; the sys-

tem is ready to record the next check-out item for this normal location.

If you are still recording check-out items for this normal location, add

the next Item ID that you are recording in the Item ID field.

If you are finished recording check-out items for this normal location,

press the <Esc> key to return to the Location field; enter the next nor-

mal location for which you are recording check-out items.

If you are finished recording check-out item inventory, press the <Esc>

key to exit to the Inventory menu screen.

The Inventory Find Function

With the Inventory Find function, you are able to look up specific item and

location information for check-out items at the default site.

Option

The Find Check Out Item option displays several characteristics of a

selected item. Upon successful entry of a valid check-out item, the opera-

tor is shown a summary of the on-hand inventory for that check-out item,

additional information includes item type and description.

1. From the Main menu, select <F3> Inventory.
