When data is sent to the handheld device, the Batch Portable applica-
tion automatically closes, if it is open.
16. If the handheld application contains existing data, it is deleted before
the new data is sent.
17. As the data information is sent to the handheld device (localization
changes, data selections such as sites, locations, inventory, etc.), an Int-
elliTrack screen with a status bar shows you the status of the data being
loaded into the Batch Portable application.
18. When the data transfer is successfully completed, the status bar on the
handheld device displays the message “successful download” and auto-
matically closes, returning to the Main screen.
